Please consider any public holidays or events that might affect delivery times. We also offer same-day dispatch for certain orders, depending on availability.

2.      Shipping and Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-24 hours from order placement for items available. For customized items, we require a minimum of 24 hours for preparation. Delivery of orders typically takes 5-7 days from the shipment date, depending on the delivery location. In case we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few hours. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via the contact information you have provided.

3.      Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We process orders quickly, and there is a small window to correct any mistakes in the shipping address. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to make corrections.

4.      Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information will be subject to a restocking fee, as determined by Inflate & Co. We will contact you to resolve any issues.

5.      Lost/Stolen Packages
Inflate & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact local authorities and file a report.

6.      Return Request Time
You are allowed to return items within 1 hour of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Any return requests beyond this time period may not be accepted, except in cases of defective items (as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy).

7.      Out of Stock Item Process
If any items in your order are out of stock, Inflate & Co. will provide the following options:

    • Wait until all items are back in stock before dispatching.
    • Cancel the out-of-stock items and process the remaining items for dispatch.
